Tis the Season – Merriment is in the Air and Christmas is Coming!

Lakeland Automall Christmas

Maybe it’s just us, but every year goes by and we end up at the end of the year looking back at what we’ve accomplished. As a dealership, we look at it in a couple of different ways. We look at it as how many people we have helped throughout the year and how many new members we have brought into the Lakeland Automall family. Sure, we’re a car dealership, but we really take great pride in providing a service to our customers and helping them find the vehicle they want, can afford and hopefully fall in love with…

We recently had a discussion with some of our managers about how a new customer survey used the word “LOVE” as an experience for the dealership visit. We thought it was interesting that something so personal was being used as part of a car buying experience – then we realized that our customers do have an affection for their vehicles much like they might have for another person. The whole experience becomes emotional for some people when they purchase a new car or they come in to have work done on their vehicle. Much like a family member who might have to go to the doctor for a regular check-up, your new vehicle needs that same type of professional care to make sure all of the parts are running at peak performance. When things are really bad, they might have to visit the body shop to get some major cosmetic or structural work done. So, we can see how the ‘love’ part might come into play…

It’s good that we look ahead to 2015 and behind at the past year. Since January we have had a great deal of accomplishments. The new Lakeland Hyundai building opened, Lakeland Ford renovations began, and much, much more. We finally got to see the much anticipated Ford Mustang and the Hyundai Genesis, plus we took delivery on many of the 2015 model vehicles that are setting the standard for other car makers.

With that said, we want to thank everyone who has been part of the Lakeland Automall family; from our staff to our customers – we appreciate all of you and wish you the very best for 2015 and beyond. We hope to see all of you in the coming year and if you need anything, don’t hesitate to ask… we’re here to help!
