We know it’s been a long time coming. Even though the Lakeland Automall has been around for over 30 years, we’re always trying to improve, update and change for the better. So, after much thought we wanted to share some of the changes you may have seen and some that you may have not.
The new logo has been popping up for the last month or so and if you haven’t seen it, we’re posting it here again for your review. There are a couple of variations (one specifically for Ford and one for Hyundai), but they all have the Lakeland Automall logo, just replaced the specific Ford and Hyundai logo underneath.
After many years, we are slowly phasing out the “Drive Home Happy!” – not that we still don’t want you to drive home happy, we just thought that something could mean a little more and explain part of our business philosophy. So, we’ll be replacing the former with “Exceeding Expectations Every Day!” Why? Because we truly want to make every customer completely satisfied and we really do want to go out of our way to make sure that we can and do exceed your expectations. It’s not just a slogan, it’s how we do business and that’s why the change is taking place.
What our customers already know is is that we have “unbeatable prices, the best selection and award winning service.” Yes, that’s another statement we’re going to be using in adverting and in all of our promotional material. Our goal is to be the number one dealer in Polk County and give the guest (you’re not a customer) the absolute best. We know this is a mindset change for our staff and even for some of our custo…. eh, guests… but it’s something we will work hard to make happen.
What else? We’ve re-written our mission statement:
“Our dedication to the community and our customers is unprecedented. Since 1984, Lakeland Automall has been a cornerstone dealership helping thousands of families fulfill their automotive needs while supporting community events, charities and schools. Our passion for complete customer satisfaction has been part of the Lakeland Automall family since the beginning; our mission is to make sure that every Lakeland Automall customer receives unbeatable prices, the best selection and award winning service every time. Our continued success is founded on the Lakeland Community and surrounding areas – No matter where you are in Central Florida, Lakeland Automall Ford & Hyundai strives to be your preferred new and pre-owned dealer.”
