LAKELAND, FL – As part of the Lakeland Hyundai ongoing commitment to customer service, Lakeland Hyundai Service Department has won the 2017 #1 Service Satisfaction Award from Hyundai USA Southern Region District. This Award is the first time Lakeland Hyundai has won the Service Award in its 22 year history in Lakeland.
“It really is an honor and a testament to all of our staff who work to make sure every customer has a great experience.” said Chris Haggstrom, Hyundai Service Manager since 2012. “From our Service Advisors, technicians and porters, everyone has a daily commitment to try to provide every customer the best we can possibly offer. The Hyundai Service Satisfaction Award is a traveling award that is presented every 3 months to the Hyundai Service Department who adheres to strict quality and customer service guidelines. These include cleanliness, service drive efficiency and the quality of workmanship and staff for every visit as rated by actual customers. Hyundai Motor Corporation calculates the results and reports weekly on the progress of every dealership in the United States.
