Lakeland Ford Honored with 2017 Ford Motor Company President’s Award


Exceeding Customer Expectations Every Day

LAKELAND, FL – Lakeland Ford has been serving the Lakeland community and surrounding areas for over 60 years and for the first time in their history, they have received the prestigious Ford Motor Company President’s Award for exceptional service and purchase experiences. Lakeland Ford is one of only 23 dealerships in the region (which includes Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Alabama) to receive this award and one of 550 National Presidents Award recipients from 3,000 US Dealers.

Every year, Ford Motor Company selects dealerships across the country that close their year in the top 5% of Ford Dealerships. The Ford “Customer Experience” survey of Ford owners covers all aspects of the Ford dealership including sales, service and parts. The Award is presented by Ford, but is actually based on reviews and survey results from customers who have purchased from Lakeland Ford or visited for service or parts.

An official presentation ceremony will take place in May of 2018 with representatives from Ford Motor Company arriving in Lakeland for the official presentation. More details will be released as the presentation date is confirmed.
